Following a gernerations-old recipe using the finest all-natural fruit, port and fresh New Zealand butter and eggs, we slow bake our cakes in small batched to preserve moisture and natural flavour.
It's the same diameter as the Deluxe Christmas cake and offers a great price. And like our cakes, it's handcrafted - each cake lovingly glazed in the finest real glace cherries and the very freshest almonds.
